Squad Promotions

Moving up a squad is a milestone moment in every swimmer's journey. Our promotions recognise the hard work, technical progress, and growing confidence that earn a swimmer their place in the next stage of the InCAS pathway. Decisions are made by our coaching team based on a range of factors — stroke development, training attitude, race readiness, and overall progression — rather than age alone. Promotions happen throughout the year as swimmers are ready, ensuring each step up is meaningful and well-earned. Whether it's a first move from Aqua into the competitive ranks or a step into our senior pathway squads, every promotion is a moment worth celebrating.
