InCAS operates a clear and transparent fee structure.

Due each April. The amount varies depending on squad.

Due each February.

All swimmers must be registered with Scottish Swimming for insurance and competition eligibility.

This fee is set by Scottish Swimming and is passed directly to them.

Paid on the 1st of each month. This covers pool hire and coaching delivery.

Although paid monthly, this represents an annual training cost divided into twelve equal instalments.

Squad fees vary depending on training frequency.

Parents will be notified when a swimmer moves squad and should adjust payments accordingly.

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension from training sessions.

All payments (excluding monthly squad fees) should be arranged via the Treasurer:

Payments must be made by bank transfer and clearly referenced with the swimmer’s name and purpose of payment.

Prompt payment ensures the smooth running of the club.

If a swimmer wishes to leave InCAS, we require 30 days’ written notice.

InCAS welcomes swimmers of all abilities who are ready to train in a supportive and structured club environment.

Our squads are designed to support development at every stage — from early skill-building through to competitive performance.

At certain times of the year, some squads may operate a waiting list depending on demand and available spaces.
