Founded in 1975, Inverkeithing Competitive Amateur Swimmers (InCAS) has spent 50 years supporting young swimmers across West Fife. Our focus is simple — help swimmers build strong skills, confidence, and a lifelong connection to the sport.Over the decades, InCAS athletes have represented the club at regional, national, and international levels, contributing to a proud competitive tradition grounded in good coaching and hard work.At heart, InCAS is a small, community-focused club with a family atmosphere and inclusivity at its core. We welcome swimmers from age five and up who have basic water confidence and are ready to learn, grow, and be part of our supportive team.
