With short-format sprint races across all four strokes, it's an ideal setting for swimmers stepping into competitive racing for the first time, as well as those looking to sharpen their starts, turns, and race execution. Our InCAS swimmers turned out in force, racing with grit, supporting each other from poolside, and bringing home a haul of personal bests.
